The Role:

Global Operations brings together sourcing, supply chain planning, manufacturing, quality and logistics to deliver Logitech products to customers worldwide. As a Global Operations Intern, you will collaborate with experts across these teams to turn operational data and know-how into clear analysis, improved processes and practical digital tools. You will receive support from the team and have opportunities to learn how a global operations and supply chain organization works.

Your Contribution:

• Data & Analytics: Gather and analyze operational data (for example cost, lead time, supplier performance and inventory) and build dashboards that support decisions.
• Process Mapping & Mockups: Map current workflows, identify gaps, and prototype improved processes together with the people who run them.
• System Building: Design and deliver one small tool or automation for your host team within the 3 months.
• AI & Process Optimization: Leverage AI and modern digital tools to automate data workflows and enhance efficiency.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Information Management, Data Science or related fields.
• Data & Process Logic: Solid skills in SQL, Python or advanced Excel, a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau, and process mapping.
• AI & Smart Tools: Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on use of AI assistants and tools to solve problems efficiently. Experience building an LLM tool, RAG app or no-code automation is a plus.
• Language & Location: Fluent English and Mandarin; available full-time in Hsinchu for 3 months.
