To support our warehouse team, we are searching for a Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Independent management and monitoring of outbound shipments and all associated administrative tasks

• Coordination of shipping activities with carriers, the warehouse, and internal departments

• Creation and processing of shipping documents and corresponding labels Ensuring on-time deliveries while strictly complying with all relevant regulations and requirements

• Participation in logistics projects aimed at continuous process optimization Maintenance and analysis of shipping KPIs

• Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations

WHO YOU ARE

• Solid professional experience in logistics, or alternatively a completed apprenticeship / university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics

• Initial experience in team leadership is a strong plus

• Experience in project work is considered an advantage

• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in both German and English

• Assertive and communicative personality equipped with diplomatic skills

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with excellent organizational abilities

• Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Sound knowledge of customs procedures and export processing

• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts) as well as on Saturdays

Zur Unterstützung unseres Warehoudrteams suchen wir einen Specialist (m/w/d) für unser Logistikzentrum in Leipzig.

WAS DU TUN WIRST

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung von Warenausgängen sowie Erledigung aller damit verbundenen administrativen Aufgaben

• Koordination der Versandaktivitäten mit Speditionen, dem Lager und internen Abteilungen

• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versanddokumenten sowie den dazugehörigen Labels

• Sicherstellung termingerechter Auslieferungen unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorgaben und Richtlinien

• Mitarbeit an Logistikprojekten zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

• Pflege und Auswertung von Versand-Kennzahlen (KPIs)

• Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit für reibungslose Abläufe

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik

• Erste fachliche Führungserfahrung ist ein großes Plus

• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit ist von Vorteil

• Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und diplomatisches Geschick

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick

• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Tools: Jira (Ticket- & Aufgabenmanagement), ERP-Systeme (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) und Microsoft Office (insb. Excel)

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Zollbearbeitung und Exportabwicklung

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht) sowie zur Samstagsarbeit
