Are you an experienced education professional with a passion for inclusion, school improvement and supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential?
We're looking for a Specialist Teacher Consultant to join Entrust's Education Improvement Services team based in Staffordshire. Working collaboratively with schools, local authorities and external agencies, you'll champion best practice, support compliance with statutory requirements and help create learning environments where every child can thrive.

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a minimum of five years' teaching experience across a range of educational settings.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A sound understanding of current SEND legislation, guidance and educational frameworks.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with schools, local authorities and external agencies.
  • The ability to build positive and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, flexible and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
  • SENCo experience or additional SEND qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Confidence using technology and AI tools to support productivity and service delivery.
