Position Summary
The SAP Master Data Specialist is a hands-on, cross-functional role responsible for the integrity and lifecycle of e.l.f. Beauty’s product master data in SAP. You will own the end-to-end creation, maintenance, and governance of SAP Material Master records — partnering daily with Operations, Supply Chain, PLM, and IT to ensure data is accurate, current, and trusted across all downstream systems.
This is not a passive data entry role. We’re looking for someone who proactively hunts down data quality issues, champions best practices across the business, and continuously finds smarter ways to manage our data as our brand portfolio scales. If you thrive at the intersection of process, systems, and cross-functional collaboration — and care deeply about getting the data right — this role is for you.
