The Team:

The enterprise marketing SDR team is a central sales development team with a focus on operational excellence. The team specializes in Inbound lead qualification and conversion optimization and reports under the enterprise marketing organization. The team is made up of dynamic, skilled and fun individuals who effectively collaborate with each other to drive revenue and pipeline which ultimately helps with the organization’s success

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Manage and prioritize inbound inquiries from multiple channels including calls, chats, and web form requests to ensure timely response and optimal lead conversion
• Utilize multiple CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to effectively track, manage, and engage with leads through the qualification process
• Conduct thorough account research and employ strategic questioning techniques to qualify leads and determine appropriate S&P Global solutions across all business divisions
• Collaborate closely with other Enterprise Marketing Sales Development team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to appropriate sales teams
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including conversion rates and response times to continuously improve lead qualification efficiency
• Identify and appropriately route non-sales inquiries to relevant internal teams while maintaining positive customer experience
• Make cold calls and send outreach emails to various buying groups of target accounts. Manage at least 100 activities a day.

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with some experience in sales development/ business development.
• Business/ marketing/ sales degree (bachelors or masters)
• Willing to work in the AMER shift.(10PM-7AM)
• Critical thinking- Ability to think on the go and rapid decision making.
• Has experience exceeding KPI’s in quota based roles.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in any Asian / European languages. Preferably Chinese/ German.
• Knowledge on CRM tools such as salesforce, etc.
• Understanding on Market factors, Macro economic trends to drive contextual conversations.
