This position combines operational case management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced international environment. What You'll Do

• Manage rental extension requests for both short-term and long-term vehicle rentals.

• Investigate and resolve overdue rental cases, ensuring rental agreements remain accurate and up to date.

• Proactively contact drivers and corporate customers to collect required information, such as mileage readings, and secure rental extensions when needed.

• Coordinate with rental stations and internal stakeholders to support business continuity and fleet utilization.

• Manage and maintain case information across internal systems, Excel files, and SharePoint.

• Handle case-related communication via phone and email with customers, business partners, and internal teams.

• Research and gather relevant information from multiple systems and databases to support decision-making and case resolution.

• Ensure accurate administration and documentation of all activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced Portuguese and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Confidence communicating professionally with external and internal stakeholders via phone and email.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, responsible, and collaborative mindset.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
