As Specialist/Expert Fix Network NOC, you will play a key role in the 24/7 monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting and L2 support of Transport and IP networks across Microwave, Optical and IP environments, supporting nationwide operations and FIX customers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex network issues, working with multiple technologies and keeping critical services running smoothly.

What you’ll own

• Monitor and support Transport and IP networks across Microwave, Optical, IP and FIX customer environments on a 24/7 shift basis.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot Juniper, Huawei and Cisco network equipment, including SRX, ASA and Fortinet environments.
• Provide L2 network support to nationwide field and operational teams, ensuring timely resolution of network issues.
• Analyze network faults, hardware and software issues, and drive incidents through to resolution and closure.
• Conduct proactive analysis of recurring outages, identify root causes and work with relevant teams to prevent repeat incidents.
• Support nationwide network rollouts, new deployments and operational activities.
• Perform network performance and security checks and support required hardware, software and security upgrades.
• Identify network risks and faults proactively, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely closure.

• Network incidents are identified, troubleshot and resolved within agreed timelines.
• Recurring outages are reduced through effective root-cause analysis and preventive action.
• Nationwide field teams receive responsive and effective L2 support.
• Network rollouts, upgrades and operational activities are delivered smoothly.
• Network performance, security and service continuity remain consistently strong.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Bring 4–6 years of experience in IP, Transport, NOC or network operations.
• Hold a BS degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Have hands-on experience with Juniper, Huawei and Cisco networking technologies.
• Bring strong troubleshooting, analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
• Hold JNCIP, CCNP, HCNP or equivalent certifications (preferred).
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
