About the role

You’ll join Flipdish as a Special Projects Associate within Growth Operations, helping turn high-potential ideas into structured, measurable initiatives. You’ll work across Product, Operations, Analytics, and commercial teams to coordinate projects spanning AI Marketing, Google Business Profile (GBP), operational automation, and other growth opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to loosely defined problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving work from idea through execution. Success looks like delivering high-impact initiatives that measurably improve average revenue per user (ARPU), revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability.

What you’ll own

• Coordinate cross-functional projects end to end: clarify objectives, define owners, align stakeholders, build plans, and drive timelines and follow-ups.
• Use data to identify problems, size opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support the delivery of high-impact initiatives across AI Marketing, Google Business Profile, and operational automation.
• Create clear project updates, decision materials, trackers, and dashboards so stakeholders understand progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Identify blockers early, follow up consistently, and drive work through to completion without losing sight of detail.
• Measure the impact of completed initiatives and use evidence to recommend iteration, expansion, or closure.
• Challenge poor decisions and propose better ways of working. Constructive challenge is a responsibility—prioritising harmony over truth or progress is a failure of responsibility.

What success looks like

Within your first six months, you will have:

• Delivered priority Growth Operations initiatives across AI Marketing, Google Business Profile, or operational automation with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Established reliable tracking and reporting for project progress, commercial impact, risks, and dependencies.
• Reduced execution bottlenecks by improving cross-functional coordination and ensuring actions are consistently followed through.
• Earned the trust of Product, Operations, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders by bringing structure to ambiguous problems and delivering practical results.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, revenue operations, growth, go-to-market, Business Operations, consulting, or a similarly analytical role.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down messy problems into clear actions.
• Are highly organised and can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies without losing detail.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and are confident working across different teams and levels of seniority.
• Are comfortable using data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and business metrics to diagnose problems and support decisions.

The following would help you stand out:

• Experience in revenue growth, go-to-market, marketing technology, commercial operations, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, Metabase, Zapier, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, automation, or execution.
• Experience working with Product or Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, paid marketing, or local search.
