Specialist - FP&A (Commercial)

Commercial Central FP&A Support

• Support month-end close activities through financial validation, report preparation, and reconciliation of reporting outputs.
• Prepare and maintain executive reporting packages, such as CCO reports, AGM reports, forecast alignment packages, business reviews, and other Commercial leadership reporting.
• Support Forecast, Outlook, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP) cycles by preparing and refreshing planning templates, validating financial information, consolidating planning deliverables, and providing analyses that support alignment between Commercial and Divisional Finance.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support centralized Commercial FP&A initiatives, ad hoc requests, and special projects.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and reporting templates using Oracle, Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through standardization and automation.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring reporting and planning processes to improve consistency and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Acute and Non-Acute FP&A, Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and B.I. teams.

Selling Expense – Michelle

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Customer Service, supporting month-end close activities, forecasting, and headcount planning; own Commercial OPEX variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
• Develop and enhance customer service reporting, including dashboards and analytics to drive visibility into performance and inform decision-making
• Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing finance team members to maintain and enhance monthly dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Perform monthly G&L reviews for the Commercial organization, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, validating expense classifications, and identifying risks and opportunities
• Lead the monthly consolidation of the selling expense model; develop executive-ready PowerPoint materials that clearly communicate financial results and key drivers
