About the role:

The Spa Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operation of the Spa, supporting the Spa leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and operational excellence.

This position is responsible for supervising daily Spa operations, coaching team members, ensuring service consistency, and acting as a role model for Four Seasons standards and The Golden Rule. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and luxury hospitality, enjoys developing people, and thrives in a fast-paced guest-focused environment.

 

What you will do:

• Support the daily operation of the Spa and Wellness facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise Spa Attendants, Therapists, and Reception team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure Four Seasons service standards are consistently maintained and exceeded
• Actively engage with guests, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
• Support the achievement of departmental revenue and guest satisfaction goals
• Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and daily operational planning
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication within the team
• Support onboarding, training, coaching, and development of Spa employees
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback to maintain service excellence
• Ensure treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and public spaces are maintained to the highest standards
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of spa products, amenities, linens, and operational supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and Four Seasons policies and procedures
• Support the implementation of promotions, retail initiatives, and upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative and reporting requirements
• Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

 

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a Spa, Wellness, or Luxury Hospitality environment
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong passion for wellness, guest experience, and luxury service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and support a diverse team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic environment
• Guest-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of Spa operations, treatments, and wellness services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality/spa management systems
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts

• Primarily AM and PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.
