Summary:
As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting client needs and transforming them into unique and actionable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and aligned with the client s objectives, fostering a seamless integration of technology and business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture principles related to product lifecycle management platforms.
- Experience in integrating enterprise systems and ensuring interoperability across diverse technology stacks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solution delivery and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
