 SWDL/OTA Software Product Owner

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owns the SWDL/OTA product backlog and release outcomes across bootloader, update client, diagnostics and platform capabilities.
• RFQ / Concept - Define product vision, use cases, scope and acceptance boundaries.
• Planning / Architecture - Build roadmap, backlog, milestones, dependencies and release criteria.
• Implementation / Integration - Prioritize execution, clarify stories and make scope decisions.
• Verification / Release - Accept end-to-end behavior and ensure release evidence is complete.
• Production / Operations - Prioritize field fixes, campaign learning and platform roadmap updates.

• Translate customer and platform objectives into epics, features and measurable acceptance criteria. 

• Prioritize roadmap by customer value, regulatory need, reuse, delivery risk and capacity. 

• Coordinate dependencies across cybersecurity, functional safety, diagnostics, platform, backend, validation, plant and service. 

• Accept increments using end-to-end evidence including failure and recovery paths. 

• Track release predictability, reuse, defect escape and deployment readiness. 

Your Background

• 12+ years of Total Experience.
• Experience in Technical product ownership in automotive embedded software, diagnostics, bootloader or OTA. 
• Understanding of UDS/DoIP, ECU flashing, cryptographic signing, release/configuration management and Agile delivery. 
• Strong requirements, backlog, dependency and stakeholder-management skills.
