We are seeking a licensed clinical social worker to join our team as a Primary Care Behavioral Health Faculty (PCBHF) at the Family Medical Center in Springdale, AR. The PCBHF provides direct patient care within the patient-centered medical home, collaborating with physicians and the treatment team to promote positive health outcomes. The role also includes developing and delivering behavioral health curricula for family medicine residents and collaborating with other clinical team members and health students. This is a part-time opportunity for a qualified LCSW or LMSW who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through integrated behavioral health services.If you are a qualified LCSW or LMSW with the passion and expertise to make a difference in the lives of patients, we would love to hear from you. Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work.
- Arkansas licensure as an LMSW OR LCSW; an AR licensure as an LCSW is preferred.
