Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Older People's Mental Health Team at Oldham.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Completing Care Act assessments,
• Support Plans and Reviews,
• Including Section 117 Reviews.
• To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support and promote the independence and wellbeing of residents of Oldham.
• Experience working in mental health preferred but not essential.
• Car user essential

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
