Job Title: Social Worker - Locality Team
Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay Rate: £32.53 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a skilled and proactive Social Worker on behalf of its client in Tower Hamlets. Based within the Locality Team, you will support adults with care and support needs across a defined area. The role focuses on promoting independence and delivering timely, strengths-based interventions through a person-centred approach.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews, and safeguarding enquiries.
• Develop and implement care and support plans in partnership with individuals and carers.
• Work collaboratively with health, housing, and community partners to deliver integrated care.
• Respond to crisis situations and manage risk effectively.
• Promote early intervention and preventative strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records using appropriate systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
