This team works with children and young people who are currently in their care. Supporting children and their families who have a plan to live outside of family care.

About you:

As a social worker you will need to have significant experience working within children and family services. Ideally you will have:

• Experience of working within a variety of teams within children’s services ideally cared for teams
• Proven track record of statutory social work experience
• Sound and robust legal framework knowledge
• Can manage your own caseload and have good communication skills
• SWE registered.
• Full UK drivers license
• Right to work in the UK
