About the Role

As a Social Media & Marketing Intern under the International Marketing Department, you’ll support the execution of marketing activities. In this role, you’ll be involved in social media content strategy, market research, event production, and community building. You’ll be working closely with International Marketing Leads and Social Media Content Lead. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Spot and report pop culture trends on a real time basis with key audience/market insights; do social listening market research to assess virality 
• Create social media plans to support artist roll out and collaborate closely with Social Media and Marketing Managers 
• Grow fan communities and discover communities to help amplify campaigns 
• Manage owned media channels and communities 

Desirable Traits: 

• Students who are taking BS in Marketing, Communications, Media and/or other related fields 
• Able to commit at least 6 months duration
• Basic knowledge of social media and graphic/video editing tools 
• Deep interest in the entertainment and music industry, very immersed in pop culture happenings - especially on the international music scene! 
• Collaborative and good interpersonal skills; willing to take on multiple tasks
