The Social Media manager is responsible for growing the IFM social channels, including engaging key communities across different audiences relevant to the AI industry.

Work closely with the Content Marketing and Editorial Lead to adapt and distribute existing content pieces to social media posts and help create content native to social media: clips, content campaigns and more.

- 3-15 years of hands-on social channel experience.
- Proven ability to adapt style and voice across different formats, platforms and audiences.
- Experience with X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc. required
- Strong command of data—from implementing and using various analytics too, to regularly interpreting and reporting insights.
- Ability to meet multi-threaded/cross functional deadlines.
- Passionate about technology, AI, Open Source—intellectually curious and always learning.
