As a Snowflake Data Conversion Data Quality Manager you will lead data engineering work focused on Snowflake conversion, data quality, data integration, and transformation across client delivery efforts. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, guide workstreams, manage performance, and use sound judgment to address complex issues while advancing client service goals within our Data and Analytics practice. In this role at PwC, you will oversee planning and execution for data pipelines, conversion activities, and validation activities, while helping shape delivery approaches that support data modernization and actionable insight generation.

Responsibilities

- Leading Snowflake data conversion workstreams across cloud-based data environments
- Managing data quality initiatives, validation routines, and reconciliation processes for converted data assets
- Overseeing data pipeline design, transformation logic, and integration activities within modern data platforms
- Guiding teams in planning, sequencing, and delivery of data engineering tasks across multiple client needs
- Reviewing source-to-target mappings, conversion rules, and exception handling for accuracy and completeness
- Applying Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Airflow to support scalable data movement and orchestration
- Coordinating data model updates, warehouse structures, and performance tuning efforts for analytical workloads
- Mentoring team members on data engineering methods, delivery timelines, and issue resolution approaches
- Validating technical deliverables against client requirements, data governance expectations, and technical standards
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and process improvements that strengthen data conversion outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating Snowflake data conversion experience across complex client environments
- Utilizing data quality validation methods for large-scale transformation work
- Leading data modernization workstreams through planning, budgeting, and execution
- Mentoring team members while reviewing deliverables and timeline progress
- Applying cloud data engineering skills with AWS, Azure, or GCP
