This is a fast-paced, high-energy, hybrid sales and account management role that combines the commercial ownership of a Client Partner with the day-to-day account stewardship of a Client Success Manager. In addition to meeting and exceeding your revenue targets, you'll help grow Aleph's advertising business by building a focused, well-prioritized book of high-potential accounts.

What you'll do

Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding account growth targets.

Own the full client lifecycle solo — from sales conversations and onboarding through ongoing success management.

Take a consultative, solutions-oriented approach with every client.

Lead ideation sessions and translate client goals into actionable campaign solutions; run webinars on platform updates and address common client pain points across your markets.

Execute campaign optimization and analysis using internal tools and dashboards, resolving issues and flagging process improvements along the way.

Cultivate client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive contract completion and renewals across a high volume of accounts.

What you need for this role

BA/BS degree.

3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying commercial role.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

A solid quantitative background.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset for solving problems independently.

Agile, organized, and methodical work style, effectively balancing priorities across a large account portfolio.
