The Role at a Glance

• Casual position, approximately 15-25 hours per week
• Store hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Full training provided

About the Role

As a Sleep Coach, you'll be the face of Resmed in our Yokine clinic, helping customers improve their sleep, health and overall wellbeing.

Many of our customers are seeking help with sleep challenges for the first time. Your ability to listen, build trust, provide guidance and create a positive experience will be central to your success.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help customers understand their therapy, gain confidence using their equipment and achieve better health outcomes.
 

You Will:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide personalised support
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Investigate and help resolve therapy-related concerns
• Set up equipment and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Fit customers with masks and recommend suitable solutions following training
• Educate customers on the safe and effective use of their equipment
• Build customer relationships through follow-up and ongoing care
• Process sales, payments and administrative tasks
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock levels
• Manage trial and sales stock, including reordering when required
• Complete product training and stay up to date on Resmed solutions
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Previous experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, pharmacy or reception roles will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Healthcare experience is beneficial, but we will provide all the training and support needed for the right person.
