Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a highly skilled and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in O'Fallon, MO. This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver who is confident providing hands-on assistance and takes pride in helping someone remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Preference will be given to caregivers who live in St. Charles County to support reliable attendance and a convenient commute.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Hoyer lift experience is beneficial
- Prepare meals and assist with meal cleanup
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and general tidying
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment
Pay & Benefits
- $21-$23 per hour

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
