Project Information
The Binduli Reservoir project delivers new water storage infrastructure for the Kalgoorlie region in Western Australia. You will join the ACCIONA Infrastructure team responsible for its construction, contributing directly to long-term water security and a more reliable supply for the local community and surrounding Goldfields region.
About the Opportunity
As Site Administrator on the Binduli Reservoir project, you will provide administrative support to the site team from our Kalgoorlie office. You will coordinate communication between site management, contractors and stakeholders, manage office operations, and support reporting, scheduling and site logistics. You will also gain the opportunity to develop your skills in site safety administration, including hands-on exposure to 3D safety software. This local, non-FIFO role offers genuine exposure to a major regional infrastructure project and a clear pathway to grow your career within ACCIONA's Infrastructure business.
Key accountabilities for the position will be:
- Provide administrative support and accurate record-keeping for the site team.
- Coordinate communication across site management, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Manage office operations, including supplies and basic budget tracking.
- Schedule project meetings and prepare reports, correspondence and presentations.
- Coordinate site logistics, travel and ongoing calendar management.
- Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support compliance with site procedures, policies and relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Competencies
What capability and experience will you need to have:
- Bring prior admin experience in construction or project settings.
- Have strong organisational skills managing multiple priorities.
- Communicate clearly in writing and in person with stakeholders.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks.
- Bring high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
