This is your new job
As a Senior Equipment Improvement Engineer (Singulation), you will be responsible for driving the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of Package Singulation equipment in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
What will you work on?
Improve equipment KPIs including OEE, UPH, MTBF, MTBA, and equipment availability.
Support equipment installation, setup, qualification, and production ramp-up.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance activities.
Lead equipment improvement projects to enhance productivity, yield, and quality.
Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
This is you
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
MUST Have
Hard Skills
Equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
Preventive maintenance and reliability improvement experience.
Strong knowledge of OEE, MTBF, MTBA, UPH, and equipment performance management.
Experience with equipment qualification and production support.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
