YOUR IMPACT

• Assist with workflow analysis and process documentation across Aftermarket functions.

• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing processes and tools.

• Support development of standardized documentation and communication tools.

• Gather and analyze data to understand where processes can be streamlined.

• Collaborate with team members across different functions to understand current workflows.

• Participate in meetings to collect information and verify process details.

• Create visual process maps or workflow documentation to support improvement efforts.

• Propose recommendations for process changes based on analysis and team input.

• All other duties or projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field throughout the entire duration of the internship.

• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.

• Willing to work in Oshkosh, WI or Michigan location (specific placement depends on team assignment).

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills or experience with data analysis.

• Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience working on cross-functional teams or group projects.

• Interest in understanding how workflows and systems can be made more efficient.

• Comfort with tools like Excel, process mapping software (e.g., Visio), Power BI, or project management platforms.

• Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions.

• Eagerness to learn and drive results through collaboration.

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
