With elegant lines and sweeping ocean views, our spectacular yacht is home to 95 expansive suites and guest rooms, alongside a world-class choice of dining, wellness, and entertainment. It delivers numerous industry firsts to the yacht category — including the largest accommodations in the class, virtually endless ways to connect and configure suites, and Four Seasons unparalleled hospitality extended across the world’s oceans for the very first time.

The Four Seasons Yacht I boasts 679 ft. in length // 34,000 Gross Tonnage// 95 Suites // 1:1 Guest/Staff Ratio

Each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Shore Experience, the Shore Experience Specialist provides administrative, operational, and organizational support to the Shore Experience team. This role is responsible for maintaining tour content and operational systems, supporting tour development and execution, and ensuring the accuracy of tour-related information across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Audit the shore experience program before each voyage and prior to the yacht’s arrival.

• Assess the readiness of tour operations, operators, venues, transportation, and experiences.

• Ensure quality meets Four Seasons standards.

• Coordinate with local tourism authorities and visitor centers to provide local guides or concierges who support the onboard concierge team.

• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of shore experiences digital collateral, including but not limited to, descriptions, content worksheets, contracts, insurance certificates, incident reports.
• Responsible for loading and maintaining inventory in the shore experience system.
• Supports the Shore Experience team in communication with tour operators.

What you bring

• 2-3 years of experience in tour operations, tour planning, or supporting tour program development.
• 3+ years of experience within the luxury travel industry; luxury cruise experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and DocuSign.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Schedule & Hours:

• Hybrid work model with three days per week in the Miami Corporate Office.
• Travel: 40% of the time (mainly in Europe or the Caribbean)
