Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise day to day operational activities related to ship operation.
2. Ensure compliance with organisation procedures and industry regulations to ensure the safe operation of ships.
3. Manage primary communications link with the Ship's Master also manage relation with customers.
4. Monitore the ship movements and cargo transfer operations.
5. Analyze ships operational data to improve efficiency, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Responsible for safe berthing and unberthing operation of vessels, including cargo and condensate tankers in accordance with Permenhub PM 57 tahun 2015

7. Assist Senior Pilot Loading Master for safe berthing and unberthing of LNG carriers

8. Responsible for validation and/or inspection of small boats

9. Responsible marine activities coordination (As Marine Coordinator)

10. Ensure implementation system MK3L and have commitment for developing the system

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Class II Pilot License, valid for vessels with LOA below 200 meters, in accordance with Permenhub No. 57 Tahun 2015.

2. At least 2 years of diverse experience as Deck Officer on hydrocarbon tankers.

3. Possess a valid Pilot License Endorsement and a current Indonesian Medical Check-Up (MCU Lambang Garuda), along with other required certifications.

4. Placement: Sorong, Papua Barat.

5. Contract type: Fixed-term (Project-based).
