In this role, you will support the Electrification Service Sales team and customers with the proposal process by developing technical and commercial STD & CTO offers. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager. You will contribute to accelerate and enhance the sales process & customer support, for expanding the Electrification Service business in the Egypt cluster, North and Central Africa. • Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
• Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
• Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization

Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Egypt Team
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 2-5 years of experience in Electrification Low and Medium voltage. ( Service Sales support preferable )

• Proven experience on Medium Voltage and Low Voltage products.
• Technical support and services.
• knowledge of service portfolio.
• Knowledge and experience of driving Sales processes and tools (Salesforce - quotation tools).
