We are looking for a Service & Interaction Design Analyst to join our Experience Design team and help create meaningful, user-centered digital experiences.
In this role, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive digital products and services. You will contribute throughout the design process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design, ensuring that solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.
This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about User Experience, Interaction Design, and solving complex challenges through human-centered design.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Create user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Design Leads and cross-functional teams throughout the design lifecycle.
- Participate in design discovery, research, ideation, and usability testing activities.
- Translate user and business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Prepare and communicate design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to interaction design, information architecture, and customer journey mapping.
- Ensure consistency with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and modern design principles.
- Collaborate closely with research, content, visual design, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Interaction Design, or related digital product design roles.
- Strong experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Understanding of UX methodologies, Design Thinking, Agile, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design, Industrial Design, User Research, or related disciplines.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and current digital design trends.
- Familiarity with iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
- Interest or experience in Design Research, Behavioral Science, Product Design, Sustainability, or Cloud Design.
