This opportunity supports one of their key accounts, where the Senior Production Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets while leveraging AI tools throughout the creative process.

Job Summary

The project focuses on creating high-quality digital visual experiences and creative assets across websites, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels. The designer will combine strong visual craft with responsive web design principles to create polished, sophisticated experiences that translate creative direction and brand guidelines into compelling digital work.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for websites, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels.

• Design polished and responsive web experiences with strong typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into sophisticated digital experiences.

• Develop design concepts from initial exploration through final execution.

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, development, and other cross-functional teams.

• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.

• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain a high level of visual quality and attention to detail across deliverables.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively drive work forward.

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.

• Experience with digital and web design workflows.

• Strong visual design skills, particularly in typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience creating visual systems and cohesive digital experiences.

• Strong ability to present design concepts and communicate design decisions clearly.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers.

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual craft.

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, collaborative environment.

• Availability to work onsite at the office up to 3 days per week (Buenos Aires).

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with Sketch.

• Familiarity with additional web and content management tools.

• Experience creating editorial and content-driven digital experiences.

• Experience working on integrated digital campaigns.
