As a Senior Aerospace & Defense Relationship Manager, you will advise industry clients and prospects and deliver tailored financial solutions. You will serve as their primary contact and trusted advisor, build and deepen profitable relationships, and coordinate with teammates and product specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.- Manage a portfolio of clients and prospects with EBITDA above $5 million, helping them save, borrow, and invest to meet current and future needs.
- Build, deepen, and retain profitable client relationships through prospecting, sales, and relationship expansion.
- Analyze financial and cash flow statements to evaluate company performance, financial condition, and industry trends.
- Partner with Credit, Treasury Management, and Global Markets specialists to design and deliver financial solutions for clients and prospects.
- Embrace change and adapt sales practices to evolving market and industry conditions.
What you'll need:
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Advanced experience prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships and closing profitable transactions.
- Professional proven sales skills and experience, including planning, execution and follow up of client meetings.
- Advanced corporate finance, capital markets and accounting acumen.
- Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
- May require up to 50% travel.
