Job Description Summary
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Assistant Facilities Manager supports the facilities organization at a specific location, set of buildings, or campus environment. The Assistant Facilities Manager is charged with supporting the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programs and workplace services delivery that provides a well-managed and well-maintained building. Places an emphasis on a positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs, in coordination with the client's goals and objectives.

About the Role
- Manage daily operations of Sports Venues including stadiums, courts, arenas, tracks, and sports activity areas.
- Coordinate and support sports events, tournaments, training sessions, and public bookings.
- Ensure venues are properly set up, maintained, and reinstated before and after activities and events.
- To conduct periodic venue inspections to check the venues cleaning condition, building defects etc.
- Manage venue inventory lists, movements, and deployments. Assess and evaluate inventory’s conditions, prepare and record loss, damage, or malfunction of equipment
- To manage all Event related administration and operations matters such as handing over and taking over of event space, event set-up/teardown, event logistics be on site during events to ensure venue readiness, Liaise with hirers, event organisers, and stakeholders on logistics and requirements. Maintain accurate records of venue usage, events, and attendance. Take photographs of events for reporting and audit purposes
- Coordinate cleaning, security, technical, and maintenance support before, during, and after events
- To perform Duty Manager to oversee and coordinate FM support ensuring venue readiness and smooth running of event day/period. Submit reports as required.
- Ensure sports equipment, fixtures, and facilities are in serviceable condition, and defects are reported and rectified.
- Maintain booking records, utilization tracking, event documentation, and basic reports.
- Support major sports events, festive programmes, and hub-wide activities, including evenings, weekends,
- Monitor both in-house and external contractor work complies with WSH Act, Risk Assessment and safe work procedure. Stop any unsafe act, practice, condition and report incident to C&W safety or management team.
- At manager’s discretion, Executive may be assigned to assist his peer on other duties.
