The Opportunity

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences? We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer to join our digital transformation journey and help shape user-centric solutions across business intelligence, enterprise applications, and low-code platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Power BI Developers, Power Apps Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that drive adoption and business value. You will play a critical role in transforming complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products.

As a UI/UX expert, you will lead the design of enterprise dashboards, applications, and digital solutions by leveraging modern design practices, user research methodologies, and front-end development principles. You will help establish design standards, reusable component libraries, and consistent user experiences across multiple platforms while ensuring alignment with enterprise branding, accessibility, and usability requirements.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for Power BI dashboards, Power Apps applications, and enterprise digital solutions.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and interactive design concepts that enhance user engagement and productivity.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to continuously improve user experience and adoption.
• Collaborate with Power BI development teams to enhance dashboard usability, storytelling, navigation, and information architecture.
• Design executive-level dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators and business insights.
• Partner with Power Apps teams to develop responsive application experiences optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop and maintain enterprise design systems, UI component libraries, templates, and reusable design patterns.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and front-end components.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present design recommendations to business leaders and product teams.
• Champion accessibility, usability, design consistency, and user-centered thinking across digital transformation initiatives.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for enterprise applications, analytics platforms, or digital products.
• Strong expertise in Figma and Adobe XD, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience designing user experiences for Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualization platforms.
• Experience supporting Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and experience translating design concepts into reusable UI components.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and managing enterprise design systems.
• Knowledge of Power Platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience working within Agile and product-driven delivery environments.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard storytelling techniques.
