The Senior Technician Quality Control is responsible for performing quality testing and data analysis in support of a biochemical manufacturing facility.
This position reports to the Quality Control Supervisor-Reagents/Other Consumables and is part of the Quality Control Department located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Perform Equipment Program and Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support operational goals and timelines.
- Execute laboratory activities using established scientific methods, tools, and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement for safety, delivery, quality, cost, and inventory management.
- Perform microbiology tasks such as reads, monitoring and bioburden testing.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to defined procedures.
- Perform quality testing of reagent packs, references, and calibrators.
- Perform other designated tasks assigned.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High School + 5 years applicable experience; a STEM associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Have experience utilizing laboratory tools and procedures.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in working in a laboratory environment
- Experience in a Medical Device, FDA, ISO regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and the basic Windows operating system.

The hourly range for this role is $24-$26. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
