Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital commerce and enterprise solutions. The role involves defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and works closely with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to build innovative solutions that meet business needs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for digital commerce and enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs.
• Develop architecture standards, reusable design patterns, and best practices.
• Design integration using APIs, microservices, and modern integration technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to create detailed solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to development teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support critical production incidents.
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery governance activities.
• Facilitate technical workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution assessments, and proposal development.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development tools, and industry trends.

Professional and Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of all aspects of SDLC, requirements, develop, testing, deploying and operating a platform
• 15+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience in digital commerce and enterprise application development.
• Good understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.Js, REST APIs, Microservices, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of application monitoring, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Experience with commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, commercetools, or similar.
• Knowledge of MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture principles.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within global teams.
