Summary

The Senior Talent Advisor leads full-cycle recruitment for healthcare leadership, executive, and specialized clinical roles. This position will be expected to create collaborative relationships and serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders. They will utilize data to drive sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, assessment, and successful hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with healthcare credentialing and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. 

Certification, Registration & Licensure

• SHRM-CP preferred

• RACR preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years in progressive healthcare recruitment

• Experience utilizing Workday HCM

• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms.

• Strong relationship-building, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare leadership, executive, and specialized clinical positions.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, and selection criteria.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.

• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations.

• Verify healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements.

• Negotiate offers and manage candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and professional associations.

• Proactively supports talent acquisition process by partnering with director and manager on recruitment and community initiatives.

• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
