Scope

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Global Technology acts as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership while driving hands-on execution across Houlihan Lokey’s global technology footprint—spanning software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product management. Partnering closely with senior technology executives, regional HR teams, and global stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, this role will lead full lifecycle recruiting while serving as a trusted advisor on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, workforce planning, and candidate attraction.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, delivering actionable market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, competitor insights, and talent availability trends to steer hiring decisions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to define technical competencies, build structured evaluation frameworks, and establish targeted hiring strategies.
• Ensure a broad and inclusive candidate pipeline and partner with marketing/HR to elevate Houlihan Lokey’s employer brand within global tech communities and target universities.

360 Lifecycle Recruiting & Global Execution

• Own and drive end-to-end 360 recruiting across software engineering, data & analytics, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product management.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of active and passive technical talent using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche tech platforms, talent mapping, and referral networks.
• Partner seamlessly with HR, Global Mobility, and immigration counsel to navigate international relocations, visa sponsorships, and cross-border hiring requirements.
• Manage competitive offer structuring, compensation negotiations, counter-offer mitigation, and candidate engagement to maximize acceptance rates.
• Champion a high-touch, consultative candidate experience across all touchpoints from initial contact through onboarding.

Campus & Early Careers Programs

• Own and lead the end-to-end technology campus recruiting strategy and execution in APAC, managing university relations, campus events, assessment days, and offers.
• If required, architect and scale future early-career and campus recruitment programs in other locations.

Operations, Insights & Vendor Management

• Utilise Workday (ATS) to maintain rigorous pipeline data, track recruiting KPIs, and provide regular reporting on hiring velocity, channel effectiveness, and pipeline health to leadership.

• Manage external search firms, campus hiring partners, and staffing agencies, ensuring high delivery standards, diversity goals, and cost efficiency.

• Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and elevate assessment quality globally.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6 to 8+ years of 360 full lifecycle recruiting experience dedicated to technology roles, with a proven track record partnering directly with senior technical leaders.
• Proven experience managing multi-region recruiting across the Americas, EMEA, and/or APAC, including navigating cross-border stakeholder management
• Demonstrated success sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates across software engineering, data & analytics, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product management
• Experience recruiting internationally and partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
• Expertise in proactive direct sourcing and talent mapping for passive niche technical talent using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, technical communities, and talent networks.
• Experience using Workday or comparable ATS tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting within financial services, fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and data platforms.
• Experience supporting technical leadership hiring.
• Knowledge of U.S. and UK employment visa processes.
