Position Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned finance professional to join us in the role of Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy. You'll drive the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, and build
the data infrastructure and decision frameworks needed to deliver best-in-class financial insights. This role is for someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and is ready to own strategic workstreams with significant ambiguity, visibility, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the payments revenue and cost model at the driver level, including seasonality, processing volume, take rate, interchange, scheme and processor fees, residuals, and chargebacks
• Build and own the finance data layer including models, definitions, and pipelines connecting systems into one planning-grade source of truth
• Build cost visibility and control across hardware, suppliers, and capital partners
• Evolve scenario planning past bear/base/bull so variable inputs flex independently and trace to P&L and cash impact, surfacing opportunities and risks before they land
• Partner closely with business leaders, serving as their financial partner for the analysis and evaluation of strategic projects and capital allocation
• Establish frameworks to measure the efficiency and ROI of investments across the business
• Deliver analysis of financial results, quantitative and qualitative, ensuring variances to plan and business drivers are understood and highlighted
• Use AI and automation tools to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of financial analysis

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in strategic finance or FP&A, 2+ inside a high-growth technology business
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish strong cross-functional working relationships
• Experience with payments or transaction-based revenue, including processing economics, fee structures, and take rates
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, comfort with large data sets, and experience building integrated models from scratch
• Skilled in distilling complex analyses into structured outputs for a cross-functional audience
• Self-starter mentality and strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000. Individual offers are based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
