Sobre esta vaga de Senior Strategic Alliances Manager, GSI (Japan) na NICE
At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.
So, what’s the role all about?
At NiCE, we are passionate about making the customer experience flow. As the global leader in AI-powered customer experience and workforce engagement solutions, we empower organisations to deliver seamless, digital-first interactions that drive real impact.
We are looking for a strategic, relationship-led professional to join us as Senior Partner Acceleration Executive (Senior Strategic Alliances Manager, GSI (Japan)). This high-impact role builds NiCE's GSI alliances in Japan, where large systems integrators are central to how enterprises buy and deploy technology. You will build long-term executive relationships with the leading Japanese and global SIs, and turn them into a source of joint pipeline and delivery capacity for CXone and Cognigy.
You will collaborate closely with alliance leaders and cross-functional teams across the US, Europe and the rest of APAC to keep our GSI approach consistent and scalable, so that NiCE shows up to partners and customers as one team with one strategy that accelerates adoption, strengthens partner alignment and supports revenue growth.
How will you make an impact?
- Lead and grow NiCE's strategic alliances with the priority GSIs across Japan, such as NTT DATA, Fujitsu, NEC and Accenture, and agree where joint investment will return the most
- Build and sustain executive sponsorship at each priority GSI across customer experience, technology and industry leadership, and run a joint business plan for each with clear targets and regular reviews
- Shape and scale a NiCE practice inside the partner: joint solution offerings built on CXone Mpower and Cognigy, certified delivery capacity, and a clear place in the partner's go-to-market
- Drive joint pursuit of named accounts, growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through SI-led bids, RFPs and co-sell alongside NiCE direct sales
- Work with NiCE sales, marketing, product, professional services and customer success to deliver aligned joint campaigns, enablement programmes and delivery quality
- Make sure partner-led deployments land well, so customers see value quickly and references follow
- Act as the voice of Japan in NiCE's global GSI programme, giving regional insight to alliance leaders in the US, Europe and the rest of APAC and influencing strategy, programme design and investment
- Serve as NiCE's internal expert on how each GSI sells and delivers, supporting internal training and account team engagement
- Report on performance metrics such as partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, bookings, certified resources and joint wins
Have you got what it takes?
- Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic alliances, systems integrator partnerships or enterprise channel management (CX, contact centre, cloud or enterprise software experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success building joint go-to-market programmes with large systems integrators, including influencing at executive level
- Strong understanding of how GSIs make money: services attach, practice economics, utilisation and certified headcount
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across geographies and business units
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across the US, Europe and the rest of APAC
- Experience working with Japanese enterprises and systems integrators, and a strong feel for relationship-led selling in Japan
- Fluent Japanese and English required
