We are seeking a Senior Solicitor with a passion for Real Estate law to join our leading Digital Legal Delivery team in Melbourne. 

This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients, innovative legal technology, and global strategic projects. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Delivering Digital's real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as supporting due diligence and transactions. 

• Providing commercially focused, practical and high-quality legal advice and service to clients. 

• Taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring delivery is timely, accurate and aligned with client objectives. 

• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing regular feedback through structured coaching sessions. 

• Operating as a key client contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients. 

• Collaborating with colleagues in different offices and different practice groups, as well as across our global network, to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals. 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Lawyer in a property or leasing practice. 

• A current unrestricted practicing certificate. 

• Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents. Experience working in a high-volume leasing practice will be highly regarded. 

• Strong academic results and a commitment to continuous learning. 

• Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and matter management skills. 

• Experience supervising juniors, and a natural passion for developing others and cultivating a team culture in line with our firm's values. 

• An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
