About the role

角色职责：

• 负责北京区域暖通空调市场的业务拓展，开发及管理经销商渠道，推动销售目标达成。
• 负责经销商的日常维护与业务支持，提供技术及商务支持，协调投标、合同签订、销售订单（SO）管理等相关工作。
• 主动获取和跟进项目机会，建立并维护设计院、顾问公司等关键合作伙伴关系，推动项目落地。
• 负责重点客户、大客户及集采客户的开发、维护与商务对接，持续挖掘业务增长机会。
• 跟进重点项目销售全过程，包括客户需求识别、方案协调、商务谈判、投标及订单执行等关键环节。

角色目的：
北京项目市场具备较大的业务发展潜力，目前销售团队配置与市场业务体量存在一定差距。为进一步提升北京区域的市场覆盖和销售增长，计划新增1名高级销售工程师，重点拓展项目市场、经销商渠道及大客户业务，首年新增销售目标约700万元人民币。

最低要求：

• 大专及以上学历，暖通空调、制冷、机电、工程或相关专业优先。
• 具备 10年以上暖通空调行业销售经验，有中央空调、商用空调或相关暖通设备销售经验优先。
• 熟悉北京区域暖通空调市场，具备较强的经销商渠道、设计院、工程项目或大客户资源。
• 具备独立开发和跟进项目的能力，熟悉从项目获取、客户开发、投标、商务谈判到订单落地的完整销售流程。
• 具备较强的客户开发、商务谈判、跨部门协调及关系维护能力。
• 结果导向，具备较强的市场开拓意识和销售目标达成能力。
