Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for the regional recruitment of critical and hard-to-fill positions across the organization. This role requires a highly resilient recruiter with exceptional sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage top-tier passive talent in competitive markets.

The ideal candidate is a strategic talent acquisition professional who thrives in challenging hiring environments, demonstrates persistence in sourcing niche talent, and communicates confidently with senior business leaders and candidates in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and niche marketing positions, from talent mapping and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized marketing functions, including but not limited to Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
• Conduct market research, mapping, and talent intelligence to support proactive hiring strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and provide market insights.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, recruitment updates, and consultative hiring recommendations.
• Assess candidates through structured interviews, evaluating technical capability, leadership potential, cultural fit, and long-term growth.
• Manage multiple high-priority requisitions while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Influence hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations and market intelligence.
• Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company hiring standards.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-quality talent, create engaging content for career websites, social media, and recruitment campaigns, and showcase the company's culture, values, and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with significant experience hiring for specialized marketing or other niche professional roles.
• Proven success in filling difficult, business-critical positions within competitive talent markets.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability using multiple recruitment channels.
• Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and creativity when managing difficult searches.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining high quality and speed.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
