Responsible for regional channel management in China to support business growth.

负责区域渠道管理工作，以确保支持公司业务的发展。

Responsibilities

工作职责

1. Distributor Management – Be responsible for distributors’ recruitment/ change/ termination process, and dealer life cycle management. Coordinate and organize company policy training, including but not limited to compliance, sales, marketing strategy, supply chain, quality management training for distributors

经销商管理：建立区域渠道分销商资源，负责经销商招募/变更/终止流程以及生命周期管理，协调并组织对经销商进行合规、销售能力、市场策略及其他管理等培训，提高经销商的市场拓展和管理能力

2. Channel Performance Management – Implement performance management and reward policy to enhance dealer engagement and support distributors to achieve/exceed sales target; Review performance via AR, sales in & out, inventory etc. and improve the IMS data quality to ensure sufficient channel supply

渠道绩效管理：执行公司制定的绩效及奖惩政策以激励现有经销商，协助经销商达成和超额完成销售指标；定期审核绩效指标，包括进销存数据、应收账款、库存天数等，提高经销商提交IMS数据的及时性及准确性，确保渠道供应

3. BU Partner – Supports and partners with BU in channel strategic planning, review and validate business cases of channel deployment etc., to drive quality distributor structure and collaborate with other functions/department to accelerate in market sales growth fundamentally

业务部门合作伙伴：与业务部门密切联系，了解业务部门需求，支持渠道策略规划制定，对经销商进行定期的评估并把结果反馈给到经销商及销售团队，以评估结果作为销售渠道调整的依据，以建立优质的经销商体系，协调各职能部门进行通力合作，促进业务发展

4. Channel Operation Management – Support channel operations team to facilitate the agreement sign off/renew/changing; sales order, payment and sales forecast tracking.

渠道运营管理：协助渠道运营团队执行经销商协议的签订/续签/变更，跟踪销售订单，付款和销售预测等

Requirements

Education & Industry experience:

学历以及行业工作经验要求：

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 本科学历或以上

Position Experience:

职位工作经验要求：

• 8 years working experience above
• 8年以上工作经验
• 3 years commercial related working experience in device
• 3年以上器械商务相关工作经验

Skills and Competency:
