Sobre esta vaga de Senior Recruiting Manager na CoreWeave Europe
What You'll Do
We're hiring a Senior Manager, Recruiting to build and lead CoreWeave's recruiting presence in Warsaw. This role leads the recruiting engine behind that growth.
You'll build, lead, and develop a team of recruiters in Warsaw, partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations leaders to hire exceptional talent across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, AI/ML, data center operations, and other highly specialized domains. You'll be part of CoreWeave's Engineering and Product Recruiting organization and work closely with recruiting leaders across EMEA and the US.
This is a builder seat, not a maintain-what-exists seat. You'll set up the hiring process, shape how we compete for talent in one of Europe's most competitive technical markets, and scale a team.
About the Role
In this role, you will own recruiting strategy and execution for Warsaw, including team building, hiring plans, process design, market intelligence, sourcing strategy, interview strategy, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
You'll hire, coach, and manage recruiters and sourcers, setting a high bar for quality, speed, and candidate experience. You'll stay close to the work, carrying critical searches yourself when needed and stepping in on the hardest-to-fill and most senior roles.
You'll partner with senior Engineering and Operations leaders to understand their organizations, translate growth plans into realistic hiring plans, and develop search strategies for complex and difficult-to-fill positions. You'll make sure interview processes are structured, calibrated, and designed to evaluate the capabilities each role requires.
You'll develop deep knowledge of the Warsaw and broader Central and Eastern European talent markets. You'll understand where relevant talent sits, how competing companies organize similar teams, what motivates candidates in this market, and where our requirements may create constraints. When a search isn't producing results, you'll use data and market intelligence to diagnose why and recommend a path forward.
You'll serve as a strategic talent advisor to leaders, providing guidance on talent availability, location strategy, leveling, compensation, competitive dynamics, and hiring tradeoffs. You'll be comfortable challenging assumptions and using data and market evidence to help teams tell the difference between a difficult search and a strategy that needs to change.
You'll own recruiting analytics and funnel metrics for Warsaw, using them to forecast hiring, identify risks, report to leadership, and keep improving efficiency and quality. You'll partner closely with Recruiting Coordinators, HRBPs, Finance, Compensation, Recruiting Operations, and Recruiting Leadership to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
This is an opportunity to have an outsized impact on how CoreWeave scales in Europe, building the teams responsible for some of the most complex and ambitious infrastructure challenges in AI.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience supporting Engineering or technical organizations within high-growth or highly competitive technology companies.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including hiring, coaching, and managing performance.
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting function, team, or site, ideally in a new market or during rapid growth.
- Proven success recruiting software engineers and other highly technical talent across areas such as cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, platform engineering, networking, storage, AI/ML, data center operations, or adjacent domains.
- Deep knowledge of the Warsaw and Polish technical talent market, including the companies, communities, and competitive dynamics that shape it.
- Experience partnering with Director-level and above stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions through data, talent-market expertise, and sound judgment.
- Exceptional intake and calibration skills, with the ability to translate complex or evolving requirements into clear candidate profiles, search strategies, and assessment criteria.
- Strong understanding of structured hiring processes and the role that effective assessment, interviewer calibration, and high-quality feedback play in maintaining a consistent hiring bar.
- Strong offer negotiation and closing skills, including experience with local compensation practices, leveling discussions, and competing offers.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, including funnel management, forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting to leadership.
- Experience with recruiting systems and tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and related sourcing and talent intelligence platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches and stakeholders while maintaining a high bar for quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an environment where organizational needs and priorities can evolve quickly.
Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe exceptional talent comes from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply if you're excited about the opportunity and believe you can make an impact.
