What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior-level, and high-impact roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and execute targeted search strategies through deep market mapping, research, and proactive talent outreach.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, hiring managers, and cross-functional leaders, providing talent insights, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
- Represent the People organization as a senior spokesperson internally and externally; ensure alignment with OneSentinel values and talent strategy.
- Anticipate and proactively address stakeholder needs across Finance, People Operations, TA Ops, and senior business leadership.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion through sourcing strategies, pipeline development, and unbiased hiring practices.
- Serve as a mentor, thought leader, and SME to other recruiters, reviewing and guiding key initiatives.
- Lead or co-lead cross-functional recruiting initiatives that elevate TA effectiveness (branding, social, DEI programs, job architecture, etc.).
- Challenge the status quo and contribute to TA strategy, process evolution, and change management initiatives.
- Exercise wide latitude in decision-making, problem-solving, and approach to complex assignments requiring confidentiality and executive partnership.
What skills and knowledge will you bring?
- Full-cycle recruiting mastery, including advanced sourcing, candidate engagement, deeply consultative phone screens, and expert-level closing and negotiation skills.
- Expert understanding of compensation, including offer structures, RSUs, global pay competitiveness, and candidate motivation drivers.
- Superior communication and influence, able to confidently engage senior leaders, shape decisions, and represent the company externally.
- Expert domain knowledge in your supported business area (Tech, GTM, Executive) with the ability to identify opportunistic and top-ranked talent.
- Deep expertise in recruiting systems, technology, analytics, and metrics, with a consistent track record of operational excellence and data quality.
- Mastery of DEI principles and legal recruiting practices, with the ability to embed these into strategy and execution.
- High-level business acumen, with the ability to advise executives on talent strategy, workforce planning, and market dynamics.
- Sound judgment and independence, with strong decision-making capabilities in complex, ambiguous situations.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring others, and supporting the development of the broader TA team.
- Ability to navigate and influence change, challenging assumptions and driving improvements that enhance team and business effectiveness.
