We're looking for a Media Transformation Consultant / Project Manager to deliver transformation initiatives that support Tesco UK Retail Media's strategic priorities.

You'll lead cross-functional projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment, effective governance and successful business outcomes. You'll bring structure and momentum to transformation activity, managing plans, risks and priorities while using data and clear reporting to support effective decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Leading cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and timelines
• Using appropriate project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Waterfall
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation
• Tracking, prioritising and resolving risks and issues, advising leadership and stakeholders on options and decisions
• Supporting critical project activities including workshops, governance and communications
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
• Providing regular communication and reporting to leadership on project status
• Working across departments to ensure transformation initiatives are aligned and integrated
• Managing stakeholder expectations and helping to mitigate resistance to change
• Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives
• Preparing and presenting clear reports on project progress, challenges and outcomes
• Using data to support decision-making and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Strong project management capability, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects from inception through to implementation
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to select an appropriate approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across an organisation
• Confident communication and reporting skills, including the ability to provide leadership with clear updates on project progress, risks, challenges and outcomes
• The ability to identify, prioritise and resolve project risks and issues and support effective decision-making
• A data-led approach, with the ability to establish meaningful metrics and KPIs and use insight to drive continuous improvement
• A collaborative approach that demonstrates our values and behaviours of passion, curiosity, courage and collaboration
