We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget and to-quality outcomes
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams
• Apply structured project governance frameworks including stage gates, steering committees, and reporting cadences
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, providing regular financial reporting to senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams
• Prepare and deliver clear project status updates, board papers, and executive reporting
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams including internal staff, contractors, and third-party vendors
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project delivery
  

Experience & Requirements

• 8+ years in senior project management roles delivering large-scale transformation, technology, regulatory, or compliance projects
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream projects within enterprise environments
• Experience within insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries (highly desirable)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for business audiences
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial management, forecasting, and reporting
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (highly desirable)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, IT, project management, or related discipline
• Agile / SAFe certification or experience with hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus
• Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in workers' compensation or similar claims management environments would be an added advantage
