Job Description

Your responsibilities 

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth across retail pharmacy channels and GP channels. 

• Lead cross-functional brand teams, partnering with Medical, Sales, Regulatory, Launch and other key stakeholders to deliver aligned brand strategies and launches. 

• Partner with Sales to turn brand strategy into practical customer plans and effective field execution. 

• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform brand strategy. 

• Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective allocation of resources and an optimised marketing mix. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, decision-makers and opinion leaders. 

• Ensure promotional activities are delivered in line with internal requirements, the Code of Conduct and relevant industry regulations. 

What you’ll bring 

• 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally complemented by experience in sales. 

• Experience in the Australian retail pharmacy channel is preferred. 

• Strong capability in brand strategy, marketing planning and launch execution. 

• Commercial acumen, including business case development, forecasting and budget management. 

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships. 
• A proactive, adaptable approach, with curiosity and a clear focus on results. 
• English language proficiency.
