About the role
We’re looking for a Mid-Senior/Senior Personalization & Analytics Engineer to support our Adobe Target and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementations. This is a run-and-maintain engagement on a mature platform, working closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams on personalization, experimentation, and measurement.

Responsibilities

Adobe Target
●     Partner with Product, Marketing, and CRM to define personalization/experimentation requirements and technical solutions.
●     Own Target technical design across Web/App: mbox/decision scopes, profile parameters, attributes, SDK integration.
●     Configure and support Target activities, audiences, experiences, offers, and personalization use cases.
●     Support AEP/RTCDP audience activation into Target and validate audience qualification/personalization delivery.
●     Provide implementation guidance to Web/App teams and perform lower-environment/production validation.
●     Support A/B testing and experimentation: technical setup, success metrics, QA, and reporting integration.
●     Provide BAU/production support and troubleshooting for Target delivery, SDK, audience, and personalization issues.
●     Maintain Target governance, naming standards, environments/properties, documentation, and implementation standards.
●     Evaluate, POC, and recommend new Target personalization/AI/experimentation capabilities.
●     Provide ongoing enablement and best-practice guidance to Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams.

Adobe CJA
●     Translate product/business/analytics requirements into measurement strategy, technical specs, XDM/events/dimensions, and tracking requirements for Web/App.
●     Provide technical guidance for Web SDK/Mobile SDK, tags, and data collection implementation.
●     Configure and manage CJA connections, data views, derived fields, calculated metrics, segments, and new data sources.
●     Perform advanced data analysis across customer behavior, conversion funnels, journeys, channels, and segments to identify trends and insights.
●     Develop data-quality models and statistical thresholds for CJA vs. EDW/backend, WoW/YoY variance, anomaly detection, and automated alerting.
●     Investigate anomalies and perform root-cause/data reconciliation analysis across CJA, AEP, EDW, and source systems.
●     Develop and maintain KPIs, segmentation frameworks, baselines, and analytical methodologies.
●     Support release QA and production validation, including regression, defects, and data-quality monitoring.
●     Maintain SDR, data dictionaries, governance, implementation documentation, and analytics standards.
●     Provide production support, Adobe case management, business enablement, and recommendations on new Adobe capabilities.

Requirements
●     Senior experience with Adobe Target (technical design, SDK integration, personalization/experimentation).
●     Experience with Adobe Data Collection (tag management) and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
●     Strong analytical skills: data reconciliation, anomaly detection, KPI/segmentation frameworks.
●     Comfortable working directly with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics stakeholders. 
●     Advanced english requiered.
