The PDC Specialist – Patient Marketing, Refractive SEA supports the Practice Development Consulting (PDC) function by providing patient-marketing intelligence, digital performance analysis, campaign tracking, content development and execution support to improve patient acquisition and clinic growth across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze patient marketing and digital campaign performance.
- Track and report campaign effectiveness and key metrics.
- Develop and coordinate marketing content and promotional materials.
- Support patient acquisition and clinic growth initiatives.
- Provide marketing insights and recommendations to clinics and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional teams to execute marketing programs across Southeast Asia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, patient marketing, or campaign management.
- Strong experience with digital performance analysis and campaign tracking.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms and marketing dashboards/BI tools.
- Experience managing agencies, designers or creative production.
- Experience developing or adapting digital and physical marketing materials.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, ophthalmology, or related industries.
- Familiarity with patient acquisition and customer journey strategies.
- Experience supporting multiple Southeast Asian markets.
